Goals and Objectives

... To continue to build successful relationships throughout the state in order to provide financial support for development of afterschool programs. To gain support from state and local governments, area businesses, hospitals, statewide media professionals and other contributors to enhance children and community projects for the state of Alabama.

... To enhance funding for the George Teague Football Camp to be able to include more underprivileged children and additional coach participation in next year's camp. The camp has hosted 180 participants and our goal is to secure funding to double the participation in this week-long camp experience for boys. NFL players aid in delivering positive messages to youth in a controlled, relaxed setting.

... To continue to work on behalf of other charitable organizations to support funding for programming, in particular, the Childrens Trust Fund of Alabama.

... To work with the efforts of Campaign For Our Children — Alabama. To enhance conversations relating to the subject of sexual abstinence for children. These local level conversations would involve children, their parents, educators (both public and faith-based), peers and mentors programs and social workers. The message is positive and one that our Foundation has the ability to deliver to many children. The project will allow opportunity for the players wives to be involved during outreach sessions.
